What Is Oracle Fusion ERP Support (AMS) ?

Oracle Fusion ERP support, also called application managed services (AMS), is the ongoing work that keeps Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP stable and useful after go-live. It covers user issues, configuration changes, quarterly update testing, integrations, reports and enhancements. Oracle runs the cloud service and fixes product bugs. Everything specific to your business sits with your AMS partner.

Is Your Fusion Support Slowing Finance Down?

If three or more of these sound familiar, a health check will show where the gaps are and what to fix first.

  1. Tickets wait days for a first response
  2. Quarterly updates break things you only find in production
  3. The same issues come back every month
  4. Your enhancement backlog keeps growing
  5. Finance still rebuilds reports in Excel every month
  6. Integration failures are found by users, not alerts
  7. Nobody documented your setup after go-live
  8. E-invoicing on Fusion has no clear owner

Where Clients Usually Start

Choose the situation closest to yours.

The challenge

“Users Raise Issues Every Day and We Need Someone Who Fixes Them Properly and Fast.”

How We Handle It

Our service desk triages every ticket by priority and our functional and technical consultants resolve it, from a stuck payment run to a user who cannot approve an invoice. We manage roles and segregation of duties, give priority cover during month-end and year-end close, and raise and follow up service requests with Oracle when the cause is a product bug.

From Handover to Continuous Improvement

Most clients move to us from another partner, so we plan the transition as carefully as the support itself.

UAE E-Invoicing, Handled Inside Your Fusion Setup

If you run Oracle Fusion, e-invoicing becomes part of everyday support. Invoices must flow from Fusion Receivables through your Accredited Service Provider as PINT-AE data on the Peppol network, with tax data reported to the Federal Tax Authority. Businesses above AED 50 million go live on 1 January 2027. We map the data, connect the ASP, test credit notes and corrections, and support it after go-live, as we already do for ZATCA on Fusion in Saudi Arabia.

Oracle Fusion ERP Consulting and Support: FAQs

What Does Oracle Fusion ERP Support Include?
Oracle Fusion ERP support covers L1 to L3 incident resolution, configuration changes, quarterly update testing, security and role changes, integration monitoring, reports and enhancements for Financials, Procurement, Project Management and EPM. It is usually delivered as an application managed services (AMS) contract with agreed response and resolution targets.
What Does an Oracle Fusion Consultant Do After Go-Live?
An Oracle Fusion consultant helps you get more from the system you already run. That includes reviewing setups, redesigning approvals and close processes, adding legal entities or modules, adopting new quarterly features, and building reports and integrations. Innovage combines this consulting with day-to-day support, so fixes and improvements come from one team.
What Is the Difference Between Oracle Support and an AMS Partner?
Oracle Support runs the cloud service and fixes product bugs through service requests. An AMS partner looks after everything specific to your business: your configuration, users, integrations, reports, extensions and the testing of each quarterly update. We also raise and follow up service requests with Oracle on your behalf.
How Does an Oracle Fusion ERP Health Check Work?
A health check is a short, structured review of your live Fusion system. We look at open and repeat tickets, setups against Oracle leading practice, quarterly update readiness, integrations, reports and e-invoicing gaps. You receive a prioritised list of fixes and improvements, whoever supports you today.
Can You Add New Modules or Legal Entities to Our Live Oracle Fusion System?
Yes. We add legal entities, business units and countries, and switch on modules such as Procurement, Project Management or EPM in a live Fusion environment. Each change is designed, tested and released without disrupting the processes your teams already run.
How Do You Take Over Support From Our Current Oracle Partner?
We run a planned transition. Our consultants shadow your current partner, document every configuration, integration, report and extension, set up access and runbooks, and take over open tickets on an agreed date. Your users keep one service desk throughout, and the timeline is agreed upfront based on the size of your setup.
How Do You Handle Oracle Fusion Quarterly Updates?
Oracle Fusion updates are quarterly and mandatory. Oracle updates your test environment first and production two weeks later. We review the release notes against your setup, regression test your critical flows, integrations and reports in that window, fix what breaks, and give you a go or no-go before production updates.
What Are Your Support Hours and Response Times?
Standard support runs during UAE business hours, with priority cover during month-end and year-end close. Every ticket is given a priority from P1 to P4, with response and resolution targets agreed in your support contract.
Can You Set Up UAE E-Invoicing on Our Live Oracle Fusion System?
Yes. We map Fusion Receivables data to PINT-AE, connect your Accredited Service Provider through Oracle Integration Cloud or a connector, fix master data gaps, test credit notes and corrections, and support it after go-live. Businesses with revenue above AED 50 million must go live on 1 January 2027.
Do You Support Oracle E-Business Suite?
Yes. EBS support, and support across a mixed EBS and Fusion estate, is covered by our Oracle Managed Services. If you are planning to move from EBS to Fusion, see EBS to Fusion migration.
Do You Have Oracle Consultants in Dubai?
Yes. Our UAE office is in IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, supported by our delivery centre in Ahmedabad, India. That gives you on-site workshops in the UAE and support aligned to UAE business hours.
