Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Design, build and manage integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using prebuilt adapters, orchestrations and custom workflows.
Innovage Cloud is an Oracle Partner that connects Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to the systems around it for companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the GCC. One team builds your integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud and custom APIs, links your ERP to banks, CRM, warehouses and your e-invoicing provider, and keeps every connection monitored after go-live.

Oracle ERP integration connects Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to the other applications your business runs on, so invoices, payments, customers, orders and stock move between them automatically and accurately. Most Fusion integrations today are built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle's integration platform with prebuilt adapters, data mapping and monitoring. Systems without an adapter, such as many banks, government portals and e-invoicing providers, are connected through third party API integration.
| What you need | Typical approach | What Innovage delivers |
|---|---|---|
| Connect Fusion to SaaS and Oracle applications | Oracle Integration Cloud with prebuilt adapters | Designs, builds and monitors your OIC integrations |
| Connect systems with no adapter, such as banks, portals and ASPs | Third party API integration over REST or SOAP | Builds secure custom APIs with error handling |
| Update other systems the moment a record changes | Event-driven integration | Wires Fusion business events to automated processes |
| Move high volumes of data on a schedule | File-based loads with FBDI and BI Publisher | Scheduled loads with validation and failure alerts |
| Send invoices for UAE e-invoicing | E-invoice API to your Accredited Service Provider | PINT-AE mapping, ASP connection and end-to-end testing |
| Keep legacy and on-premises systems connected | Oracle SOA Suite and middleware | Supports existing flows or migrates them to OIC |
If three or more of these sound familiar, an integration audit will show what is breaking and what to fix first.

The challenge
“We need e-invoicing live on Fusion before the deadline, without rebuilding our finance setup.”
We review the customer, supplier, tax and item master data in Fusion, map Receivables to PINT-AE, and build the e-invoice API integration to your Accredited Service Provider on Oracle Integration Cloud. Every scenario is tested end to end, including credit notes, corrections and rejections, and we support the integration after go-live.
The team that builds your integrations also supports them, so nothing is lost in a handover.
Map what you have and what you need
Connect your systems with confidence
Keep every integration healthy
UAE e-invoicing is an integration project at its core. Invoices must flow from your ERP through an Accredited Service Provider as PINT-AE data on the Peppol network, with tax data reported to the Federal Tax Authority, so your ERP needs a reliable e-invoice API connection to your ASP. Our ERP e-invoicing integration services cover the full flow inside your existing Fusion setup: we prepare the master data, map Receivables to PINT-AE, build the ASP connection on Oracle Integration Cloud, test invoices, credit notes and rejections, and support it after go-live. Businesses above AED 50 million go live on 1 January 2027, and we already run the same model for ZATCA on Fusion in Saudi Arabia.
